Privacy policy
This policy explains what heytish.com collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The short version: I collect as little as possible, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to delete it any time.
heytish.com is operated by Tish Scarborough through Lumina Foundry Solutions LLC, a North Carolina company. Questions about your information: info@luminafoundry.com.
What I collect
- When you send a message (the Pick a line form in the Connect room, or the Work with me form on my links page): your name, email, company or event if you add it, what you need help with, and your message. It's delivered to my inbox by my form provider, Web3Forms, and used only to reply to you.
- When you join my list or claim a free gift: your email address, stored by my email provider, Kit. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- When you buy something: your purchase is handled by my checkout provider (such as Gumroad). They collect your payment details; I never see or store your card number.
- Visit statistics: if analytics is on, I use a cookie-free tool that counts visits and pages without identifying you or tracking you across other sites.
What stays on your device
The lounge remembers a few things in your own browser (local storage, not cookies) so it can treat you like a returning guest: whether music is on, day or night mode, accessibility settings, your guest book stamps, how many times you’ve visited, the last room you were in, and the mood you picked. That information stays on your device. It is never sent to me or anyone else, and it isn’t used for advertising or to follow you around the web. You can turn off “Remember my visits” in the Accessibility & preferences panel, which erases it, or clear it any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Other services this site uses
- Hosting keeps standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security.
- The typefaces are hosted on this site, so loading the page doesn’t share your information with a font provider.
- Links out to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meetup, Spotify, Pinterest and Amazon follow those companies' own privacy policies once you leave this site.
Affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. If you buy through a book or product link here, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop emailing you. Email info@luminafoundry.com and I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and I'll honor them.
Kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
