How I move

Three things I live by.

“AI can’t think for you.”
It can draft the plan. It can’t decide what matters. You still have to put the thinking in, and that’s where the real value lives.
“Value over velocity.”
Faster isn’t the same as better. I care about what the time we save turns into, not how much more stuff we can make.
“There’s always room at my table.”
The future of tech shouldn’t be for a few. If you’re in my house, you’re in the conversation, and I’ll make it make sense.

My story

The one people call first.

I moved to Mexico to study before I spoke the language. Everything I thought I knew got rearranged, and I learned I could find my way through anything unfamiliar.

That’s still my work. Over 15+ years, from network engineering to the cloud to AI, at places like Cisco and Microsoft, I’ve walked into what’s new, figured it out, and brought people in with me.

That’s why people reach out the way they do: “Hey Tish, can you help with this?” Our AI strategy. My next career move. A brand that wants to get tech and beauty right. Today I build companies, make content at the crossroads of tech and culture, and leave every room with more clarity than it had when I walked in.
